The 3-Day Interview & Interrogation Training is a condensed yet comprehensive program that equips participants with advanced interviewing skills grounded in behavioral science and operational practice. This course balances classroom instruction, guided role-plays, and immersive scenarios to prepare professionals for real-world interview and interrogation environments.

Day 1 – Foundations & Planning

• First impressions and impression management.

• Building rapport and managing context.

• Planning and analysis: structuring the interview, setting objectives, anticipating resistance.

• Decision-making biases and how they influence interviewer and subject.

• Practical exercise: establishing rapport and gathering a baseline narrative.

Day 2 – Strategic Questioning & Elicitation

• Open vs. closed questions, strategic funneling, and cognitive interviewing techniques.

• Techniques to increase accuracy and depth of recall by 50–80%.

• Priming, framing, and persuasive dialogue tools.

• Practical role-plays with peer and instructor feedback.

Day 3 – Resistance, Deception & Applied Scenarios

• Overcoming resistance using motivational interviewing, persuasion, and cultural adaptation.

• Identifying indicators of deception and credibility assessment.

• Immersive scenario training with red-team role players.

• After Action Reviews (AARs) and coaching for immediate improvement.
