Trails Of Valor | Where Journeys Define Legacy

Our Mission

The OSS Division exists to enhance the capability, confidence, and judgment of the men and women who protect the United States and its partners. We serve the same communities that shaped us, including the military, the intelligence community, federal law enforcement, and interagency teams working every day to secure the homeland.

Our mission is to equip America’s protectors with training that is scientifically sound, operationally relevant, and grounded in integrity, professionalism, and respect for the people they serve. Stronger interviewers create stronger cases, stronger cases protect communities, and protected communities reinforce the mission we all share, defending the nation and its allies.

OSS training directly supports operators, analysts, investigators, and leaders across the defense, intelligence, and law enforcement enterprise, as well as international partners operating alongside US personnel. By elevating their skills, we strengthen the wider security network that protects freedom and stability.

Why Choose Veteran Command OSS

Organizations choose OSS because our training is built on three pillars, real operational experience, evidence based methodology, and uncompromising professional standards.

Operational Credibility

OSS advisors bring deep experience in:

  • Special operations support
  • Intelligence operations and clandestine activities
  • Interagency coordination and targeting
  • Joint headquarters planning and senior advisory roles
  • Forward deployed advisory teams and trainers
  • Real world combat and national security operations
  • Guest speaking and leadership coaching
  • Team building, red team work, and scenario development

This produces authenticity that no classroom only program can match.

Science Backed Methods

Our approach draws from behavioral science, cognitive psychology, memory research, and communication science. Techniques are selected to improve accuracy, reduce contamination, and enhance the reliability of information that operators, investigators, and analysts obtain.

Scenario Driven Mastery

OSS training goes beyond lecture. Participants learn through role play, guided coaching, mission based drills, red team opposition, and structured feedback. The result is measurable improvement in interviewing performance, not just awareness of concepts.

Mission Alignment With US And Partner Organizations

OSS is a veteran owned, mission driven capability focused on supporting:

  • US military units and headquarters
  • Intelligence community partners
  • Federal law enforcement agencies and joint task forces
  • Interagency homeland security organizations
  • State and local law enforcement supporting federal missions
  • Allied and partnered forces working alongside US elements

Your mission is our mission.

Integrity And Professional Standards

Interview and interrogation skills are powerful tools. OSS ensures they are taught within the framework of US law, policy, morality, and professional conduct. Our training enhances capability without ever compromising the values that define American law enforcement and intelligence work.

Veteran Owned And Community Supporting

Veteran Command is a veteran owned small business. OSS engagements support the wider Veteran Command mission and veteran focused partners, so your training investment also supports the community of those who have served.
